Enrolments
To enrol your child at Burch Memorial Preschool, please proceed to our ONLINE ENROLMENT FORM and make payment of your $25 enrolment fee to the nominated bank account, as detailed on the last page of the form.
We recommend submitting your 3 year old and 4 year old enrolments, for each child as applicable, together with the enrolment fee on the same day.

Burch Memorial believes in supporting the community and is one of the few kindergartens in the area to adopt a points system for selection criteria. This favours children transitioning from 3 year old programs into 4 year old programs within the same kinder. Active parental participation is encouraged at Burch Memorial Preschool and also attracts a point in the selection process. For more information on this criteria please refer to the online enrolment form.
Eligibility & Year of Entry
To be eligible for a place in 3 year old Kindergarten, the child must be 3 years old by 31st January in the year of attendance. If all of the spots in our 3YO programs are not filled, children who turn 3 between 31st of January and 30th of April will be considered.
To be eligible for a funded place in 4 year old Kindergarten, the child must be 4 years old by April 30th in the year of attendance.

Burch Memorial has a direct enrolment system for both our 3 year old and 4 year old groups. Applications close on 31st May for the following year. Applications will still be accepted after 31st May, however they will be considered as late applications and held in order of receipt, to be actioned once all on-time applications are placed (subject to availability of positions).
