Julie holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and has worked with children in a variety of roles for many years, before joining the Burch 3yo teaching team in 2024. She values the importance of building trusting relationships to help build children's self-worth and a sense of  belonging to their kinder community.
Julie is dedicated to supporting children’s social and emotional wellbeing to provide the essential foundation for learning. She is a proud Mum of 4 adult children and Nan to 4 grandchildren. Her favourite activities are organising family get togethers and taking her dogs on adventures to Bonnie Doon.
