Natalie is our Director and has been part of the Burch family since 2013.
Nat started at Burch as the three-year-old teacher, soon becoming the Educational Leader, before taking some time away on maternity leave. Nat has since returned in an administration capacity.  
She holds a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood and a Certificate in Business Management.  
Natalie has many years of teaching experience in a range of early education settings, as well as small business management roles.
