Children were seeking out the support and physical affection of educators when settling into their programs and demonstrated their familiarity with educators, other children within the program and the expectations of them at the service. Children were observed as calm and cooperative and included in decisions within the program and their chosen experiences. Children's choices and voices were observed to be consistently considered, respected and valued at the service and contributed to the curriculum.”
